Set on a hillside a above Lake Washington, this property had an existing house and landscape that needed to be completely demolished and redesigned, with exception to the Specimen Maple.  A new house was built and a landscape was designed and installed to include the sweeping views, privacy from the neighbors, and a swimming pool with surrounding lawn and gardens.
